I am a combination of a policy wonk, world traveler and professional photographert. Policy issues are my greatest interest. I speak English, Russian and Chinese and have been to 39 countries. My other interests range far and wide and run the gamut from religion to philosophy, classical music, history, writing and diplomacy.
